Rachel Lim, co-founder & CEO of Singapore’s online fashion label, Love, Bonito, has made it into Forbes’s first-ever “30 Under 30 Asia” list. She was the only Singaporean (#singaporepride!) who made it to to list under the retail and e-commerce sector.

The 30 Under 30 Asia list recognises the top promising young and daring game changers in 10 different sectors. Other sectors include entertainment & sports, the arts, enterprise tech, consumer tech, manufacturing & energy, healthcare & science, media, marketing & advertising, finance & venture capital and social entrepreneurs.

Alan Griffin, Forbes Media’s Managing Director, Digital Asia said in an interview that “it’s the first time ever that a company has put together such a comprehensive list to highlight and celebrate the work of young entrepreneurs and social leaders across Asia.”

The criteria for honorees to make the list spans over a couple of areas, some of which includes leadership and disruption in their field; entrepreneurial mind-set and results; and the likelihood of changing their field over the next half-century.

Lim is living proof that brains, beauty and style can coexist harmoniously. We can’t wait to hear this #girlboss speak at this year’s Her World’s Young Woman Achiever Forum.
