Alice Dellal is the face of Boy Chanel bags
Creative director of fashion powerhouse Chanel, Karl Lagerfeld, has named British model Alice Dellal the new “face” of the brand’s Boy Chanel handbag range.

According to Chanel, Kaiser Karl has a “crush” on Dellal who is also the drummer of band Thrush Metal ‒ described as a “gospel / lyrical / punk” band ‒ with a couple of other models and Isabella Ramsey, the niece of the Earl of Dalhousie.
Like Ramsey, Dellal is a bit of an “it” girl, her mother is a former model, and her father is the son of property tycoon “Black” Jack Dellal, making Alice an heiress as well.
Apparently "Karl met Alice", who has been described as a "posh punk princess" in the British press, during a photo shoot and decided that she was the right fit for the new Boy Chanel bags.
According to Chanel, “Alice Dellal represents the perfect incarnation of all that is unique about the Boy Chanel handbag collection which strives far from conformist notions of femininity”.
Having met Dellal on a shoot, Kaiser Karl will be continuing the theme; he’s shooting Dellal for the Chanel Boy campaign which will be revealed in March.
Boy Chanel handbags are currently available at all Chanel boutiques.
