Raoul opens in top European department store
You know you’re making waves in international fashion when you’re invited to open a shop-in-shop in one of the world’s top department stores in Paris.
Singapore’s best-known international fashion label Raoul has done just that; the brand opened its first outlet in Printemps Haussmann – one of the world’s top department stores – last week.

Featuring Raoul’s Pre-Fall 2012 collection in a minimalist setting, the brand is now lined-up alongside brands like Isabel Marant, Acne and Carven in Paris’ “go to” shopping outlet.
Created in 1865, Printemps Haussmann – better known simply as “Printemps” – is over 44,000 square metres of shopping heaven with luxury and emerging brands across fashion, beauty, homewares, travel and bridal sections.

On top of the new outlet, Raoul has also been spotted on more international celebrities including Freida Pinto who was seen wearing a Pre-Fall 2012 dress from Raoul to the screening of her new movie Trishna.
The guys aren’t ignoring the brand either; Real Madrid and Portugal star soccer player Pepe was dressed head-to-toe in Raoul during a press interview held at Shangri-La, Singapore, on July 16, 2012. He also dropped into the Raoul Marina Bay Sands store for a spot more shopping as well.
It’s great to be able to report that a Singapore fashion label is doing so well internationally, isn’t it?
