Swirls of style with Louis Vuitton’s snoods
Created from 100 per cent silk fabric and available in a two prints, Louis Vuitton’s latest addition to your accessory wardrobe is the “snood”.
Traditionally a type of European headgear worn by women, particularly over tied or bunched hair hanging at the back of the neck, the term has come to mean a more tubular-shaped neck scarf, mostly found in knits and wool.

Louis Vuitton’s version (pictured above) is much more elegant; the thinner fabric means it can be worn in any season and the two-sided construction allows a variety of pattern to be worn draped around the neck and dropping into a soft v-shape.
Available in two classic Louis Vuitton prints – the Leopard combined with a dots and flowers version or the Heart motif combined with the house’s monogram vernis stripes – there are also two different colourways for each print to choose from as well.
Add a Louis Vuitton snood to your accessories collection and you’ll discover all manner of ways to spice up your wardrobe; wear it as it is, twist it around your ponytail, drop it over a straw hat or even twist it around your wrist.
The Louis Vuitton snoods are made of 100 per cent silk and are available in Le Léopard Rouge, Le Léopard Bleu, Le Coeur Amarante and Le Coeur Pomme d’Amour from Louis Vuitton boutiques. Price on request. For more information about Louis Vuitton, go to www.louisvuitton.eu.
