Asian male models rule the catwalk at Men’s Fashion Week 2012
One of the highlights of the 2012 edition of Singapore’s Men’s Fashion Week has to be the hot Asian guys on the runways for Korean and Japanese fashion labels.
So far guests at the Spencer Hart and Songzio shows have seen Japanese actor Tanihara Shosuke, top Korean actor, model – and friend of Big Bang’s G-Dragon apparently – Lee Soo Hyuk and long-haired stunner Heo Min Ho and his slick compatriot Kim Han Soo, both specially brought in by Songzio for his eponymous show on opening night.

Striding along with them was newcomer, Singapore model Ian – also with long hair (although we think it might be extensions) – who is being praised to the skies by veteran fashion show producer Daniel Boey. Ian – yes, only one name apparently – booked ten shows for Men’s Fashion Week 2012, a sign of good things to come.

Does this mean that there will be more Asian guys gracing the pages of the big magazines? We hope so. In the meantime, check out the gallery below with images of the model stars of the night on the runway.
Men’s Fashion Week Singapore 2012 will be held until April 22 at Marina Bay Sands, Convention Hall F. For more information about the various labels and events that will be happening, go to www.facebook.com/FideFashionWeek or fideproductions.com/mfw-events-2012 for the complete schedule.
