One of Hong Kong’s top actors, who’s also known as an aviator, Michael Wong, has collaborated with international luggage brand Rimowa for its first ever celebrity collaboration.

The three pieces of luggage – a Cabin Trolley, a Trolley 70 and a Wine Case – are based on Rimowa’s classic Flight cases and are made entirely of matte black aluminum for durability and lightness. There’s a touch of bling from additional silvered plates and four logos from Micheal Wong’s brand MW; they stand for “Music, Film, Accessories and Travel”, the elements of the brand.

“Needless to say, the luggage will continue to accompany me on all my future flights,” said Michael Wong.

Although the design has a strongly masculine feel, the matte black with silver trim and the graphic logo designs means this collection will suit anyone who likes streamlined, design-centric fashion, or who wants to give off a bit of a “rock” vibe while their luggage languishes on the baggage belt.

The MW Michael Wong by Rimowa collection will be sold in the Hong Kong, Macau, China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia stores, and is available now.
