BAKED RUM BANANAS

1. Peel two bananas, and slice them in half, lengthwise. Lay them in a small glass baking dish.
2. Pour 1 tbsp rum over the bananas. Sprinkle 1 tbsp dark brown sugar, 1⁄4 tsp ground cinnamon and a pinch of ground nutmeg over them.
3. Dot a little butter over the bananas, and bake in an oven preheated to 200 deg C for 10min.
4. Serve immediately, with ice cream.
