VIDEO RECIPE: Quick and easy rainbow agar agar

This delicious jelly dessert is so simple to make, and really Instagram worthy too!

Serves 6

Ingredients
10 grams Agar Agar Powder , for the coconut layer
800 milliliters Water , for the coconut layer
200 grams Sugar , for the coconut layer
200 grams Coconut Milk , for the coconut layer
2 Pandan Leaves , for the coconut layer
10 grams Agar Agar Powder , for the coloured layers
1 Litres Water , for the coloured layers
200 grams Sugar , for the coloured layers
2 Pandan Leaves , for the coloured layers
Food Colourings , violet, blue, green, yellow, orange and red, for the coloured layers

Directions
For the coconut layer: Place water, sugar, pandan leaves and agar agar powder in a pot and heat until it boils. Turn the heat off and stir in coconut milk. Remove pandan leaves.
Set aside to cool slightly (but not set).
For the coloured layers: Place water, sugar, pandan leaves and agar agar powder in a pot and heat until it boils. Turn the heat off, remove pandan leaves and set aside to cool slightly (but not set).
Separate mixture into 6 small cups, and add the different food colourings into each cup.
Using a 1 tbsp measuring spoon, ladle the jelly into cups, alternating between the coloured layers and the coconut layers. Wait for each layer to set before adding the next layer.
Chill and serve.
